1. Eligibility - You Must Be 18 or Older

DatingSinglesGuide is an online dating platform for adults. To create an account or use the service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your state. We do not knowingly accept registrations from minors, and any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be removed immediately.

You also represent that you are not a registered sex offender, are not listed on any U.S. government sanctions or restricted-party list, and have never been convicted of a felony. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion, in line with applicable law.

2. Your Account Responsibilities

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information - including your real name or consistent first-name handle, a valid email address, your state or region, and an authentic profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for every activity that happens under your account.

• Use a strong, unique password and never share it with anyone.
• Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Keep your profile information current - outdated photos or relationship status mislead other members.
• Only create one account per person. Duplicate or bot-operated accounts will be removed.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, both on and off the platform, including any in-person meetings that result from introductions made here.

3. Prohibited Conduct

DatingSinglesGuide is a community built on trust, honesty, and respect for country values. To keep it that way, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

1. False or misleading content - impersonating another person, using stolen photos, or lying about age, marital status, location, or farming connection.
2. Offensive or illegal material - posting content that is harassing, defamatory, pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise unlawful.
3. Harassment of other members - sending abusive messages, unwanted sexual content, repeated contact after being blocked, or threats of any kind.
4. Commercial use - soliciting money, promoting products or services, recruiting for other sites, multi-level marketing, or collecting member contact information for outside use.
5. Security interference - attempting to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or overload the platform, or bypassing any verification, billing, or moderation system.
6. Fraud or scam behavior - including romance scams, requests to wire money, cryptocurrency solicitations, or redirecting members to off-platform payment schemes.

4. Your Content & Our License

You own the photos, bios, messages, and other content you post to DatingSinglesGuide. To operate the service, however, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, format, and distribute your content within the platform and in related promotional material (for example, blurred preview tiles or anonymized testimonial snippets).

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where we are legally required to retain records or where sublicensed copies remain in the hands of other members (for example, a message you sent that they have already saved). You warrant that you own or have permission to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice, and we are not obligated to preserve or return removed content.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

DatingSinglesGuide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we operate a three-layer Verified Farmer badge program and remove thousands of suspicious profiles each month, we do not conduct criminal background checks on members, and we cannot guarantee that every profile is accurate, that any match will lead to a relationship, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

6. Suspension & Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or by using the account-deletion tool in your profile settings. Once closed, your profile is removed from search results within 24 hours, and personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access - with or without prior notice - if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, place the community at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Paid members who are terminated for a material breach are not entitled to a refund of any unused subscription period.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll post the revised version on this page and update the “Effective” date at the top. Your continued use of DatingSinglesGuide after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of DatingSinglesGuide that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
